I had my floors done by Louise and her team, and I couldn't be happier with the results! Initially, I was hesitant because I wasn't sure what type of finishing would look best. Louise connected us with Robert, a specialist in floor sanding, who came by to inspect the floor. He made the decision-making process so easy by giving honest advice on what we actually needed. We had originally planned on staining, but Robert explained that a stain wouldn't achieve our desired color, saving us from a potential mistake. Once we decided on the approach, Louise sent out her crew—Eric, Martin, Robert, and Yan—who did a fantastic job. Even though English isn't Louise's first language, she made an incredible effort to guide us and kept communication flowing continuously throughout the project to ensure everything got done right. The floors turned out absolutely stunning, exactly as Robert promised. Thank you so much to everyone involved!Naveen SinghAugust 4, 2026

We weren't able to work together but Louis, was a wealth of knowledge and probably saved my hundred of dollars by one phone call and took the time to explain the different flooring and what can and can't be sanded, im sure she gets many calls like this per month but she took the time to answer all my questions as if I was their first customer. I would reccomend them to anyone looking for an honest answer.Andrew CartonnetJune 17, 2026
